San Antonio Church Appoints Elders and Deacons!

Good news from San Antonio! As our closest neighbors, we bear a special relationship to the church there and rejoice with
them as they saw two elders and 14 deacons appointed on last Sunday. Mike Taliaferro and Herve Fleurant (Evangelists) prayed over Archer and Jency Taliaferro (right), and Dan and Lori Nabors (left), appointing them tho the eldership. Moments later the elders and evangelists laid hands on, prayed over, and appointed 14 deacons for the congregation. The men appointed as deacons were Larry Anthis, Sunil Punjabi, Carl De Aquino, Jerry Condra, Juan Cantu, Neal Fabilenia, and Harry Lindsey, Paul Wunderlich, Karim Torres, Rhett Spivey, Michael Sandoval, Ismael Rodriguez, Christopher Mencke, and Shannon O'Donnel. It was a celebration Sunday, and something for which the church had been praying and studying their Bibles in anticipation.

We look forward to our next opportunity to worship together with the San Antonio church. Weʼll be meeting together in San Marcos on May 16. Let continue to pray for our brothers and sisters in San Antonio and all around Texas
